Freediving Course

oin us for an unforgettable freediving adventure in Tamarindo. You’ll meet your professional freediving instructor at 7am at our freediving school, where you’ll learn about the equipment and techniques used in freediving, as well as breathing and relaxation techniques to prepare for your first freediving experience.

At around 8:30am, we’ll take our shuttle to Flamingo, where you’ll board the boat with your instructor for an open water freediving session. Our instructor will guide you through underwater swimming, body positioning, and duck diving, ensuring that you have the skills and confidence to perform comfortable freedives beyond 5m/15ft depth.

During the session, our instructor will also take underwater photos of you, capturing the unforgettable memories of your experience. You’ll be back in Tamarindo at around 12pm, feeling empowered and exhilarated by your newfound freediving skills.
